This presentation on social skills covers two simple tools for the start and the end of a social interaction, how to say hello and goodbye. Skills cannot be expected but must be taught where needed and many a crash landing plus feelings of disappointment and rejection can be avoided when the willing student of life is ready and the teacher of life is prepared.
